D. OLIVA JONES
Spiritual Guide • Author • Artist
A Relationship Strategist, D. Olivia, courageously guides people to ways that create “soul-connected” relationships (versus just transactional ones), as they succeed in accomplishing what they need to do.
She believes LOVE-rooted relationships are a panacea for all that ails the world!
Raw. Real. Genuine. Opened. Transparent. Compassionate. An Influencer. D. Olivia helps one face their OWN “shadow” work, ending blockages that hinder authentic living.
Born in historic Selma, Alabama, just before the Civil Rights Movement began.
Attended Alabama State University, a historically black university and college (HBCU), located in Montgomery, Alabama.
She earned a Master of Public Administration from Troy State University (European Region). Commissioned as an Air Force 2nd Lieutenant upon graduation in 1985. She was honorably discharged seven years later as an Air Force Captain.
D. Olivia finds artistic beauty in all things; yes, she is a philocalist! Her creative gift as a wordsmith began at six, when she wrote her first poem! And by eight, she was introduced to African dance and movement, which she readily and energetically expresses their melodic sways in her body still today!
A world traveler and lover of flying in airplanes, she considers herself a “Global Citizen!” D. Olivia traveled to over 20 countries (mostly solo) to experience various cultures and see firsthand how we are woven together through the common threads of our One Humanity!
Her love for all forms of artistic storytelling awakened while touring the country with Tyler Perry on his first stage play, “I Know I’ve Been Changed” as his tour company manager, wardrobe coordinator, and personal assistant.
As a global citizen, her deepest desire is to travel the world using various forms of the arts and holistic practices, to guide people on their healing, “wholeness,” bliss-filled journeys.D.Olivia is a servant to humankind, to help elevate one’s mind, heart, and spirit as we re-Member Humanity at its origin of being ONE!
